What do our nurses do?
Our nurses provide, among other things:
- wound care (see also our page on wound care)
- giving medication
- injections
- stoma care
- inserting a urinary catheter
- inserting a feeding tube
Care tailored to you
At Zorgplus Solutions, we aim for care that fits your personal needs and wishes exactly. We make arrangements that suit your daily routine and, where needed, we coordinate with your GP (family doctor) and other care providers.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between personal care and nursing?
Personal care means help with everyday things, such as washing and getting dressed. Nursing is medical care given by a nurse, such as injections, stoma care or inserting a catheter.
Do you work together with my GP?
Yes. Where needed, we coordinate your care with your GP and other care providers.
How do I start home nursing?
Get in touch with us. We talk about your situation and what you need, and help you with the next steps.
