Everyone prefers to stay in their familiar surroundings for as long as possible. At Zorgplus Solutions, we offer professional and respectful assistance in your own trusted environment. If you need care and support, you can already rely on Home Care services. But what if you need more care and guidance?
If you want to continue living independently at home, you can stay in your own familiar home and receive a comprehensive package of care, well-being, and support with your daily care. This includes alarm response, personal care (such as washing, dressing, and putting on assistive devices), help with household tasks, administering medication, help with compression stockings, meal services, and more. You remain in control of your day, and together we assess what you need within your care plan, so you can continue living at home safely and happily. At Zorgplus Solutions, you always receive tailored care.

Household Assistance
Household Assistance by Zorgplus Solutions
There may come a time when you are temporarily or for an extended period unable to manage household chores. Household assistance can make a significant difference, helping you live independently for as long as possible.
What Household Assistance Do We Offer?
Our dedicated staff are here to assist with various household tasks, both light and heavy. Depending on your care plan, we can help with tasks such as washing windows, vacuuming, and dusting. We strive to provide personal care that is fully tailored to your unique needs.
How Can You Receive Household Assistance?
Household assistance is largely covered with an indication from the municipality. For ongoing help, you can request a Wmo consultation with your municipality. A Wmo consultant will then contact you to discuss the possibilities. After an assessment by the municipality, a Zorgplus Solutions staff member will visit you for a personal introduction. Together, we will create a care plan and coordinate the tasks. The care plan will be submitted to the municipality for approval. Once approved, the care can begin.
Steps to Follow:
- Request: Request a Wmo consultation with your municipality.
- Contact: A Wmo consultant will contact you to discuss the possibilities.
- Assessment: The municipality conducts an assessment.
- Introduction: A Zorgplus Solutions staff member will visit you to create a care plan and coordinate the tasks.
- Approval: The care plan will be submitted to the municipality for approval.
- Start: After approval, care can begin.
You pay a monthly contribution of €19.00, regardless of your income.

Private Household Assistance
Private household assistance with Zorgplus Solutions is available in various packages:
- Complete Private Household Assistance
- For clients who are not eligible for Wmo or Wlz provisions, or for those who do not wish to use them.
- Financed through private funds or a personal budget (pgb).
- Minimum requirement: 1.5 hours per week.
- Supplement to Household Assistance via Wmo
- For clients with a Wmo indication.
- For additional household tasks not covered by the regular Wmo provision.
- Minimum requirement: 30 minutes per session, with an agreed frequency.
- Incidental
- For occasional household assistance, in addition to your regular Wmo indication or on a private basis.
- Minimum requirement: 3 hours per session, with multiple support moments per half-year.
