Zorgplus Solutions provides professional and respectful personal care in your own home. You stay in charge of your day; we help where it is needed.

How can we help?
Together with you, we look at what you need and what fits your assessment (indicatie: the official referral that states which care you are entitled to). For example:
- washing and showering
- getting dressed and undressed
- putting on aids and devices
- help with compression stockings
- handing you your medication or giving it to you
- responding to alarm calls
- support with eating and drinking
- help with all your everyday activities
More than just care
Our small, steady team also works with you and the people close to you on your overall wellbeing. We can go shopping together or take a walk, too. That way you are not only well cared for, but also stay connected to the life around you.
Care in your own language
Our team speaks Dutch, English and Portuguese, so you can always talk about your wishes in your own language. That brings peace of mind and trust, for you and for your family.
Always tailored to you
No two people are the same. That is why we create a personal care plan together that fits your habits, your wishes and your assessment. If your situation changes, we adjust your care together with you.
How does it work?
- Getting to know you: you call or email us, and we schedule a free intake consultation with no obligation.
- Care plan: we talk about what you can still do yourself, what your family and friends do, and which care we provide.
- Start: our team starts your care at the times we agreed on.

Do I need an assessment (indicatie) for personal care?
Usually, yes. We are happy to help you find out which assessment fits your situation and how to apply for it.
Can my family stay involved?
Yes. We match our care to what your family and loved ones already do, so everyone knows who does what.
